GEArray® HybTube Format

The GEArray® HybTube format is designed to be used in the hybridization oven already in your lab that you may have previously used for Northern and/or Southern blot analyses. These ovens usually include glass hybridization cylinders with plastic caps that are rotated within the oven in a rotisserie motion. The arrays are individually shipped, stored, and used in a plastic disposable HybTube, two of which fit nicely in a standard glass hybridization cylinder. The gene content of the GEArray HybTube formatted microarrays represents most of SABiosciences' most popular biological pathways and disease states.

Features Unique to the GEArray HybTube Format:

Hybridization: Membranes are used in disposable plastic HybTubes in a standard rotisserie-type hybridization oven for three-dimensional rotation for hybridization, washing, and detection.
