XpressRef™ Universal Total RNA
The
XpressRef™ Universal Total RNA can streamline and even improve your one- or two-color microarray gene expression experiments and your real-time or semi-quantitative RT-PCR gene expression experiments. The RNA samples are prepared from various and diverse human, mouse, and rat organs to ensure the broadest gene coverage. The RNA is prepared on an industrial scale by a modified guanidine isothiocyanate technique insuring the highest quality RNA.

Universal Total RNA is available from Human, Mouse, and Rat:
Human:
Prepared from 20 different human adult and fetal normal major organs.
Mouse:
Prepared from several male and female mice (Balb/c strain), whole
bodies without fur.
Rat:
Prepared from several male and female rats (SD Wistar strain),
whole bodies without fur.
Kit
Contents:
Includes 200 µg of RNA in two aliquots of 100 µg RNA each at 1
mg/ml in RNase-free H2O.
