| The TrueLabeling-AMP™ Linear RNA
Amplification Kit is designed to amplify and label RNA for hybridization
to oligonucleotide-based DNA microarrays, in particular the Oligo
GEArray® from SABiosciences. The kit utilizes a specially
designed and highly efficient linear RNA amplification procedure to
amplify and synthesize labeled antisense RNA (aRNA) also known as labeled
cRNA target. The quality components included in the kit insure that even
very limited amounts of mRNA are fully represented in the labeled and
amplified RNA. This method is simpler and faster than other protocols for
RNA amplification without sacrificing the quality of the product or the
microarray result. TrueLabeling-AMP™ Linear RNA Amplification Kit
requires as little as 100 ng of total RNA to synthesize a sufficient
amount of labeled cRNA in only one tube and in only one day. The
TrueLabeling-AMP™ Linear RNA Amplification Kit is a robust RNA
amplification and labeling method that is universally applicable to
oligonucleotide-based microarrays. |
