Description
The Oligo GEArray® Mouse TGFb BMP Signaling Pathway Microarray contains 113 genes, which encode members of the TGFb superfamily and key proteins involved in the TGFb signal transduction pathway. The TGFb superfamily of cytokines influences a diverse range of normal cellular processes, such as cell adhesion, cell proliferation, apoptosis, and secretion of extracellular matrix molecules. In addition, they are key molecules in many developmental processes, including body plan determination in embryos and organ morphogenesis in adults. Alteration of the signaling pathway has been linked to different disease processes, including developmental abnormalities and cancer progression. Determine which genes related to the TGFb BMP Signaling Pathway are differentially expressed among your experimental samples using this array.
