AmpoLabeling-LPR Method
The AmpoLabeling-LPR
Kit improves cDNA GEArray sensitivity by increasing your limit of detection and
allowing you to see transcripts you might ordinarily have missed using more
conventional methods of probe synthesis and labeling. AmpoLabeling-LPR
specifically amplifies labeled cDNA probes while also eliminating problematic
endogenous RNA priming thereby increasing signal-to-noise ratios. Gene
expression profiling with AmpoLabeling-LPR is also more accurate because its
results correlate better with RT-PCR than profiles generated using more
conventional methods of labeling. AmpoLabeling-LPR therefore provides the most
accurate and sensitive representation of the gene expression profiles in your
original RNA sample. The method works with any cDNA GEArray Kit and with both
the Chemiluminescent and Radioactive methods of detection. Enhance your relative
