TrueLabeling-AMP 2.0 Kit

TrueLabeling-AMP™ 2.0 is designed to rapidly amplify and label antisense RNA for hybridization to the Oligo GEArray® from SABiosciences Bioscience. Starting from total RNA, this kit utilizes a proprietary and patent-pending linear RNA amplification and labeling procedure to synthesize labeled antisense RNA (aRNA), also known as labeled cRNA target. The method provides a very simple and robust procedure that requires only one tube, without any intermediate cleanup steps, and less than three hours to generate enough labeled cRNA for Oligo GEArray® hybridization when starting with more than 1.0 µg of total RNA. Alternatively, when starting with as little as 100 ng of total RNA, the amplification time may be lengthened to increase the yield in order to obtain enough cRNA to perform Oligo GEArray® analysis. TrueLabeling-AMP™ 2.0 has been specifically designed for the Oligo GEArray® and optimized for improved sensitivity while maintaining the representation of the original RNA.
