ELISArray™ Kits for Protein Detection
The expression and modification of proteins is a critical biological readout
for determining a tissue or cellular response to specific stimuli. ELISArray
Kits and PhosphoELISArray Kits are a leading technology that enables
multianalyte analysis with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant or cell
lysates. Each ELISArray kit is designed to provide a pre-optimized set of
reagents to measure the amount of up to twelve cytokines or chemokines present
in blood, plasma, sera or tissue culture media. PhosphoELISArrays measure the
relative phosphorylation of four pathway-focused proteins in cell lysate-based
ELISA.
