The Cignal Reporter Assay System provides a comprehensive solution for monitoring diverse cell signaling pathways. The Cignal family of pathway reporters are valuable tools for assessing the biological impact of RNA interference, protein overexpression or small molecule drug treatment. Cignal Reporters enable you to rapidly identify which cell signaling pathways contribute to the function of your favorite genes or chemical compounds. Transfection-ready reporters (45 Luciferase or GFP Pathways Available)
The Cignal Reporter Assay Kits are delivered as transfection-ready DNA construct formulations. These assays are used for carrying out transient transfection-based pathway regulation studies in established cell lines.

Transduction-ready Lentiviral reporters (32 Luciferase or GFP Pathways Available)
For cells that are difficult to transfect, and for generating pathway sensor cell lines, the Cignal Lenti Reporters are available as ready-to-transduce lentiviral particles for assessing cell signaling activities in virtually any mammalian cell type. 

10-Pathway Reporter Arrays (4 Application-Focused Arrays Available)
The Cignal Finder 10-Pathway Reporter Arrays simultaneously measure the activities of 10 cell signaling pathways associated with a biological process. The arrays are available as either tubes or plates containing transfection-ready luciferase reporters and controls. 

10-Pathway Lentiviral Arrays (2 Application-Focused Arrays Available)
The Lenti 10-Pathway Reporter Arrays are collections of lentiviral reporters associated with a biological process. The arrays contain 10 tubes of transduction-ready luciferase reporters and controls.
